Nearly all browsers support reading stand-alone files on your hard-drive. Simply use "save as" to download a copy on your hard drive for later reading. If you choose "text only," files will download quickly, and you can read them with any word processor. If you choose "source" or "HTML," you will preserve all hyperlinks and can open files with your Web browser.
You can mail yourself a copy from most browsers. In Netscape, for instance, chose "Mail Document" from the "File" menu.
Print a copies directly from your browser for later reading. If you use "background printing," you can print documents nearly as quickly as you can load them.
Open multiple windows. That way you can read or print out one page, as the next one downloads in the background! In Netscape, choose "New Web Browser" from the "File" menu.
