Dumpster diving, taking food from dumpsters that's half eaten or discarded, is another way of gathering food.  This is where the term, "garbage eaters is derived.  The Roberts group is very keen to the waste in this country, and feels that gathering food in this manner is a blessing.

The main job of the brothers is to gather the food, protect the sisters, and witness to people wherever they go.  They believe they are the only true Christians, and their way is the only path to salvation.

The sister's job is to, cook, clean, and sew for the brother's.  The woman are subservient to the brothers.  They serve the meals to the brothers.  After the brothers have finished eating, the sisters eat.  They ask permission to speak to the brothers.  They are to keep their eyes on the floor, not to look up, so they may not tempt one of the brothers.    There are no sexual or physical relations of any kind between sisters and brothers.  The sisters also recruit.

Hebrew names are taken by many of the group members; Anavah, Yowezer, Asher, Chaim, Johannah, and Abkagail are a few.  Biblical names are also used.  The Hebrew names for God, Yaweh, Yeshua, and Elohim are used commonly by the group.
